The EU GDPR, which comes into force on 25 May 2018, stipulates in Article 13, among other things, that the controller must provide certain information to the data subject when collecting personal data.

The deletion takes place at the latest three months after sending the request.

8. Data transfer to a third country or an international organisation
No data will be transferred to a third country outside the European Union.

Rights of the data subjects

In order to comply with the transparency and modalities regulated in Art. 12 of the EU GDPR, the controller informs below about the rights of the data subjects

a) Right of access (Art. 15)
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed. The controller shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For any further copies requested by the data subject, the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.

b) Rectification (Art. 16)
The data subject has the right to request rectification or completion of personal data concerning him or her.

c) Erasure (Art. 17) - "Right to be forgotten"

d) Right to object (Art. 21)
If the data subject objects to the processing of their personal data, the controller may no longer process this data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

e) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

f) Consequences of not providing personal data
If the data subject does not provide their personal data or objects to its processing, the FFCh Expert Finder cannot be used.
