If you would like to participate online, please open the GDCh entry page for the online income survey eku.gdch.de and enter the code provided to you in a separate letter. This personal code is not transferable to another participant

After accepting the RWTH Aachen data protection information, you will be redirected to your personal questionnaire, which is only known to you and the supervising team at RWTH Aachen University. This ensures that the GDCh cannot view the data you have entered. You can resume processing at any time using your personal link to the questionnaire. However, as soon as you call up the page eku.gdch.de again with your code, a new, empty questionnaire will be generated, to which you will then receive a personal link again.

Please note: Participation is only possible in one way - online or in printed form! Would you like to participate by post? Then please send the completed questionnaire in the enclosed envelope.
